Astatine is an ultra-rare radioactive element found in uranium ores where it
forms as a result of unusual nuclear reactions. The longest-lived isotope,
At-211, has a half-life of 7 hours. It is never isolated in visible amounts.
Joseph's Element Collection
Joseph bought this Torbenite uranium ore mineral from United Nuclear. There will
likely be a few atoms of Astatine somewhere in it at any given time. If he had a visible quantity in his
collection, he would be dead.
